Sicilian version of Ratatouille, with capers and green olives to give it a unique taste. Cold or hot, as you wish, it can be eaten on its own or to accompany virtually any dish.


Ingredients: Eggplants, Capers, Green olives, Peppers, Vinegar, Tomatoes, Onions, Salt, Sugar, Pepper, Olive oil.
